Depending on the goals set, we are organizing and conducting three types of negotiations:

  • Negotiations on technical conditions, during which preliminary discussion of joint projects is carried out
  • Commercial negotiations, during which the main terms of the transaction are discussed and the contract signing ceremony takes place

In addition, I&I Capital will accompany projects at the stages of business correspondence, clarification and approval of individual clauses of agreements until the final settlement of the transaction.
